Brisket in Its Simplest Form

Ask almost any pitmaster the secret to a seasoned beef brisket, and they’ll tell you only three ingredients: salt, pepper and patience.

That’s because most pitmasters start with a high-quality brisket – only seasoning it to bring out the best flavors in the beef.

We’ve applied this same theory to our seasoned beef brisket. Our seasoned beef brisket is made with USDA Choice beef that’s a product of the USA for maximum flavor and tenderness. And we only season it with salt and pepper to let the true flavor of the beef shine through.

Pre-seasoning our beef brisket doesn’t just add flavor – it also adds convenience. While you would normally salt and pepper your beef brisket an hour before cooking, we’ve already taken care of this step. All you have to do is cook it. No prep work or hours in the kitchen required.

Easy to Prepare Seasoned Beef Brisket

Our seasoned beef brisket gets the best flavor and tenderness from cooking low-and-slow – perfect for cooking in the smoker or oven.

To smoke your brisket, preheat the smoker to 250º, placing a small container of water close to the heat source. Place your seasoned brisket on the rack and open-cook it for 2 hours, then wrap it in aluminum foil and cook for 4 more hours, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 160ºF.

If you prefer to roast your seasoned brisket, preheat the oven to 250ºF and place a small container with water close to the heat source. Place the unpackaged brisket on an ovenproof tray and cook it for 2 hours; then wrap it in aluminum foil and cook it for 4 more hours, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 160ºF.

Once you’re done, slice the seasoned beef brisket against the grain and enjoy your newfound reputation as an esteemed pit master. Trust us, this brisket is well worth the wait.
